Question Questions about Probate?

Answer,, My mother died the other day and did not leave a will (or at least one that I can find) - so I have to file in Probate. However I do not quite understand some things: 1. What is intangible/tangible property and how can its price be determined in the estate as I own everything? 2. What is a bond and what does it have to do with probate?
