Question If I bought a hard copy of the CD and I use one of the songs

Answer,, ...write the copyright message? For example I make a video using clips from a video game (That I also own), if I use one of the songs on a CD that I bought, should I still write the: THIS VIDEO IS PURELY FANMADE. I DO NOT OWN -insert music name and artist here- NOR DO I OWN -insert video game title here-. THEY BELONG TO THEIR RIGHTFUL OWNERS I'm not saying I don't want to write it I just want to know should I write it.
