Default Today New ,,Changing Date of Birth on Birth Certificate?

Arizona:

How can I change my Date of Birth on my Texas Birth Certificate?!

Because of my deeply held religious beliefs, I do not (and will not) follow any papal decrees -- and this includes Inter Gravissimas issued by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582 that decreed/established the Gregorian Calendar.

A Cochise County (AZ) judge said that she didn't have the authority to change my DOB. So who does?

Does not the 1st Amendment prevent any governmental entity from forcing me to follow a papal decree?!!
