Default Today New ,,Child Abduction

California

Good Evening my name is Darren Bowie Mrbowie7@hotmail.com

I am going through a divorce, my soon to be exwife if from Martinque. My wife wanted to take my 3 children ages 18 months, 4 yrs and 6 yrs out of the country for a month. I fought that in court and the granted her 2 weeks and 4 days for travel. Prior to leaving my wife was to provide me as well as yolo county child abduction a new itenarary with the new dates. She never did. The first week the children were there my youngest fell ill. After 5 days my wife took her to the hospital. She had the flu, but because they came from america they were quarentined and treated for the swine flu. After the lab results came back, she just had a common flu and was released. My wife sent a dramatic email regarding the swine flu and we she be more concerned about the health of the children instead of return flight info. She email us( myself and yolo county) the flight info, but never booked they flight. It if friday 7/3 they were suppose to arrive thur 7/2. They never did. I called her and spoke to her sister and she said they didnt get a release to leave because of the flu. The children did not have the swine flu, the youngest was giveing medicine fron 6/20 to 6/26 per the Dr and she should be fine. They are using the flu as a way to keep the children in Martinque for the full month instead of paying 1000 to change the flight. She never had any intentions of abiding by the court order, this is why they never booked the flight, and now they are using the flu as an excuse. What can I do to get my children back
